This, again, Turned out blurry. It's a Spider piercing a heart. To put it simply. The words under the drawing are as follows:

You've Pierced my heart, Dear Arachnid,
With passionate fangs so deep
Down to the Core, Dear Arachnid
Into a fitful sleep

With dreams of Love and Loss
And dreams with many fears
But for all the smiles it gave me
It was well worth the tears
